Service & Support

Our service department covers the South West of England, from Bath, Somerset to Penzance, Cornwall.

We aim to be on site within 24 hours Monday to Friday and solve the issue as quickly as possible so your business can run as usual. We also offer FREE help for minor problems over the phone.

If your touch screen terminal is in need of a complete re-program we can provide a FREE quotation to re-program the machine to your requirements.

Support Packages

At BCG, we not only provide high quality EPoS systems, but also provide long-term support and maintenance.

All new equipment comes with a fully comprehensive guarantee covering parts, labour and call out.

At the end of the guarantee period you will receive a maintenance contract to extend your cover however, taking this out is purely optional.

With one our comprehensive maintenance contracts, we offer you additional security, which gives you the piece of mind that your business will always be operational.
